Epstein Becker Green Hires Lauren Sullivan
Epstein Becker Green in Stamford has announced the hire of Lauren Sullivan, a former health care and pharmaceutical executive with more than 15 years of experience, in the firm’s health care and life sciences practice.
Before joining EBG, Sullivan was vice president of healthcare law at Dermira, Inc., and has been a vice president, associate general counsel and head of alliance management at San Francisco-based biotech company Medivation. She has been senior in-house legal counsel at various biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and biotech companies including Boehringer Ingelheim.
“Lauren has vast in-house experience and understands the nuanced legal and operational challenges that bio-pharma companies face,” said Mark Lutes, board chair at EBG. “Lauren will marshal our FDA, clinical trial, compliance and reimbursement resources and knowledge to address bio-pharma commercialization needs.”

SDV Hires Stacy Manobianca in Trumbull
Attorney Stacy Manobianca has joined Saxe Doernberger & Vita, of counsel, in the firm’s Northeast office office in Trumbull.
A former senior complex analyst for AIG, Manobianca brings experience in depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations and arbitrations, trials and appellate practice. She has represented builders, residential associations, auto and other manufacturers in complex product liability and personal injury suits. She earned her J.D. at Seton Hall and clerked for former New Jersey Superior Court Judge Eugene J. Codey.
SDV concurrently announced the hire of Jeanne Crandall, of counsel, in the firm’s Southeast office in Naples, Florida. Crandall has served as lead trial and appellate counsel in highly complex commercial, insurance defense, securities and antitrust litigation. Crandall is a former senior attorney for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and spent 20 years as managing partner at Reyna Hinds & Crandall, a firm she founded in Dallas.
